1. Services

Kalawa Electrical provides electrical sales, repairs, installations, maintenance, and related services for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients. All services are subject to availability and compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a limited period and are subject to change if the scope of work, materials, or site conditions differ from those initially assessed. Additional work requested will be charged accordingly.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Late or outstanding payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

4. Appointments & Call-Outs

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the premises at the agreed time. Emergency and after-hours call-outs may be charged at a higher rate.

5. Compliance & Safety

All work is carried out in accordance with relevant electrical regulations and safety requirements. Certificates of Compliance (COC) will be issued where applicable and upon full payment.

6. Liability

Kalawa Electrical will not be held liable for faults, damages, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including existing electrical faults, third-party equipment, or misuse after completion of work.

7. Warranty

Any workmanship warranty applies only to work carried out by Kalawa Electrical and excludes damage caused by misuse, alterations, or external factors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
